CPO/Director/Head of Procuremet
My responsibilities will typically be creating or enhancing the procurement and supply chain strategy and identifying any gaps against existing policy and procedures whilst also hiring and training teams to become the best in class. I often will also lead on high spend/highly complex categories of spend with a real focus on reducing risk, increasing compliance and finding cost reduction opportunities to improve business profitability.
Category Manager/Lead
The purpose of the role usually is to implement and deliver Category Management , Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management for assigned categories. As the Category Manager, I will be developing and implementing category strategy, supporting and executing strategic sourcing activities and supplier relationship management.
Head of/Manager of Centre of Excellence Procurement
I can develop or enhance a procurement center of excellence (COE) that provides leadership, training, and support to improve procurement best practices across a Clients organization.
Head of Strategic Sourcing
In this role I usually define and implement a clients overall sourcing strategy and lead operations that build value-driven vendor partnerships focusing on risk management, reliability and cost-effectiveness. I would also structure negotiation process that facilitate supplier negotiations and contracting. Additionally, this role explores and obtains new sources, methods and vendors to ensure a reliable supply of materials/products.
Indirect Procurement Manager
This role usually requires me to lead full lifecycle sourcing projects - coaching and managing key stakeholders through all stages of an end to end Procurement process, from opportunity identification, through RFX, supplier negotiation and contract drafting/signature. In turn, I support the supplier relationship management of business critical, indirect vendors helping drive value, performance and operational efficiency in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's.
Head of/Manager of Digital Transformation Procurement
I will lead all aspects of the insights and technology strategy and execution for the Procurement organization. I inspire the organization accountable for developing analytical models, maintaining and evolving Procurement’s technology stack.
Head of Sustainable Procurement
I support and lead businesses in understanding the role Procurement can play in driving their Sustainability objectives. My responsibilities will usually involve embedding social value and eradicating modern slavery in supply chains as well as working towards Net Zero goals and other ESG goals.
Contract and/or Supplier Relationship Manager
As a contract manager it would be my responsibility to lead he process of creating, implementing, and reviewing contracts. Whether this is between a business and supplier, or partner, contract management is an essential part of your business. I would also lead on developing a Supplier Relationship strategy to optimize cost, increase compliance and mitigate risk.
